LODGING & TIMING
Events that include lodging, a block or a full-property buyout, can be booked as far ahead as you like. Events without lodging are only considered within 90 days of the event date.
ALCOHOL
All alcohol service is handled exclusively by Lucky Arrow, with custom beer, wine and cocktail packages. No outside alcohol in event spaces or the pool area.
FOOD
Our catering partner can prepare a menu tailored to your event.
VENDORS
Outside vendors are welcome with our approval. All vendor items must be loaded out by the end of the contracted time block.
MUSIC & HOURS
Outdoor quiet hours begin at 9 PM. The party can continue inside the Event Hall until midnight.
DÉCOR
No open flames inside event spaces or rooms. Campfires only in designated fire pits.
WEATHER
Rain plans are the client's responsibility; our team is happy to recommend tent and rental vendors.
SETUP
Venue tables and chairs are set up and broken down by our team.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Event Hall’s main level is mobility friendly; some pathways are gravel.

Can we book an event without lodging?
Yes, within 90 days of your event date. Events that include a lodging block or buyout can be booked further ahead.
Can multiple events happen on the same day?
Our spaces can host simultaneous events. For complete privacy, ask about reserving the property exclusively.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No, all alcohol is purchased through Lucky Arrow. Our coordinator will help you build a beverage package.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have ample on-site parking for your guests.
Can guests stay overnight?
