Hosting a wedding, retreat or private event with us? Here's exactly how group lodging works, when we hold blocks, what a buyout requires and what you're committing to.

• For groups reserving 10 or more accommodations for the same dates
BUYOUT REQUIREMENTS BY SEASON
Wedding block (required)
Every wedding at Lucky Arrow includes a lodging block of 20 accommodations for two nights, usually Friday and Saturday. Your guests stay on-site, steps from the celebration.

When the 20-accommodation wedding block isn’t available for your dates
BOOKING & PAYMENT
- We send a proposal and contract for your dates and block size.
- Sign and pay your deposit to secure the dates. Wedding dates can be held for 5 business days for $1,500, credited to your event.
- We share a private booking link, guests reserve and pay for their own accommodations.
- Unbooked accommodations in your block are charged to the contract holder 30 days before arrival. Milestone payment plans are available.
MINIMUM COMMITMENT & ATTRITION
Your contract sets a minimum number of accommodations and nights, that's your block. You can reduce it by up to 10% until 90 days before arrival. After that, the block is locked: any accommodation your guests haven't booked is billed to the contract holder.
EXAMPLE
- You contract a 20-accommodation block for 2 nights.
- Up to 90 days out, you can release 2 (10%), down to 18.
- At 90 days the block locks at 18. If guests book 15, you pay for the other 3.
CANCELLATION
30+ days before arrival: full refund of lodging payments. 15 to 29 days: 50% of the total reservation value retained. 0 to 14 days: nonrefundable, 100% owed, including no-shows and early departures. No stay credits.Â
