EVERYONE STAYS ON-SITE
41 cabins, yurts, safari tents and Hill Country stays, with occupancy up to 136 guests. Your guests book through a private link, and every stay is walkable to the wedding and resort spaces.
Two pools and cabanas, the Social House, fire pits, axe throwing, a walking trail, barista coffee at the General Store and a private gate to Bell Springs Winery.
EAT, DRINK & CELEBRATE
Work with a preferred catering partner or bring an approved outside caterer. Bar service at Arrowhead Point, Mavericks, the Social House and pools is handled exclusively by Lucky Arrow, beer, wine, craft cocktails and signature drinks.
MAKE IT YOURS
Outside vendors are welcome with approval, and we’ll share our preferred vendor list. A professional wedding coordinator is required, our team works right alongside them.

WEDDING QUESTIONS
▾ Will you hold my date?
Yes! We’ll hold your date for 5 business days for a $1,500 fee that’s credited to your event when you sign with us.
▾ How far in advance should we book?
As soon as possible, dates often book 12–18 months ahead. Peak season is April, May, September and October.
▾ What if it rains?
The Event Hall is the indoor backup. For outdoor spaces, you are required to secure your own tent through a rental company, which sets its own pricing. You make the weather call by 10 AM the day before the wedding.
▾ How late can the party go?
Outdoor music ends at 9 PM for quiet hours. Music in the Event Hall can continue until midnight, and extra time can be purchased.
▾ Is the venue accessible?
The Event Hall’s main level is mobility-friendly. Other areas have gravel paths, so plan golf carts or drop-offs for guests who need them. We also have two ADA-accessible cabins.
▾ Do you offer a payment plan?
es. Payments are split into milestones: a property deposit plus 50% of your venue fee at signing; the remaining 50% plus add-on events and your bar package minimum 120 days before the wedding; and lodging, paid by your guests, 90 days before check-in.
